On top of the professional production and QC control team of our widely respected principals, SGM stations our own in-house QC officers at their production premises for further support in ensuring that all products are produced both international standards and to project requirements.
Our QC team plays the role of your eyes and ears on the shop floor, overseeing and fervently enforcing the specifications and quality requirements of the glass order. Their presence on the shop floor also provides the production team, a point of reference when there are urgent queries that must be answered on the shop floor during production.
Before any glass production takes place for a project, SGM will seek to have a kick-off meeting with our clients to acquire all information pertaining to the project glass. All the information will then form a contract signed by our client and SGM. This contract will form the basis of the product requirement in which our QC team is tasked to uphold.
